In the latest report from the Ministry of Economy and Finance through the Economic Transparency website as public information, one can see that the District Municipality of Madean ranked nine (9) among those receiving more budget in the province of Yauyos (January to April 2011) with a total of S /. 536,525.40 Dollars, being preceded only by the Provincial Municipality of Yauyos (S /. 1'076, 811.79) and district municipalities of Lara (S /. 706,092.21), Alis (S /. 642,391.09), Vinac (S /. 560,471.58), Cologne (S /. 549,079.37), cuttlefish (S /. 545,266.74), Lynch (S /. 538,533.61) and Quinche (S /. 538,416.06), thus stay ahead of Huancaya, Azangaro Huangáscar and other districts, being located at the bottom of Ayauca with only S /. Ojala
