These resources originate in national tax revenues of various kinds and are transferred to local governments (provincial and district municipalities) to be run through a diverse set of concepts: regular resources and sobrecanon fee, royalties, compensation fund municipal and other sources.
As local governments should bear fruit this type of potential investment opportunities in specific economic and social development in each of its locations.
The National Treasury periodically transfers of funds and financial allocations according to Law are authorized for the National Government, Regional Governments and Local Governments (Municipalities Provincial and District).

In the latest report from the Ministry of Economy and Finance through the Economic Transparency website as public information, one can see that the District Municipality of Madean ranked nine (9) among those receiving more budget in the province of Yauyos (January to April 2011) with a total of S /. 536,525.40 Dollars, being preceded only by the Provincial Municipality of Yauyos (S /. 1'076, 811.79) and district municipalities of Lara (S /. 706,092.21), Alis (S /. 642,391.09), Vinac (S /. 560,471.58), Cologne (S /. 549,079.37), cuttlefish (S /. 545,266.74), Lynch (S /. 538,533.61) and Quinche (S /. 538,416.06), thus stay ahead of Huancaya, Azangaro Huangáscar and other districts, being located at the bottom of Ayauca with only S /. Ojala

Socioeconomic Development Fund Camisea - FOCAM. - Law N º 28451 creates the Socio-Economic Development Fund Camisea - FOCAM intangible as a fund aimed at contributing to sustainable development where departments are the main products containing oil of Lots 88 and 56, in order to improve the welfare of the communities involved and ensure the preservation of the environment and ecology.
