In our round of interviews scheduled with the candidates for mayor of Madrid, now we have been received by Angel Perez and Milagros Hernández United Left Group City, to discuss the Beti-Jai.
The meeting we discussed the developments on the Declaration of Beti-Jai BIC, its legal implications, and our proposals on what should be done so we can all enjoy the same in the future. We have qualified that statement protects BIC, but not enough. We must immediately make consolidation work that permit their survival.
We have also highlighted a historic opportunity it is declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, once restored to use in connection with the game ball, but not exclusively, but sharing space with other sports. The Beti-Jai was not conceived as a place where only sports, but as a place where the public can also attend sporting events.
For the Group UI Municial have received an undertaking that they will bet on the recovery of the Beti-Jai and that is publicly owned and public use for the benefit of all citizens of Madrid. We have expressed their commitment to create an endowment multipurpose cultural and sports, reference it in the city of Madrid and open to all its citizens.

Finally, we would be very transparent on this issue because we greatly value our independence from political parties.
We have requested interviews with the candidates from the three parties currently on the City Council. We are not close to interview more, but we have no ability to meet with all the other parties as we work and our free time is limited. At the moment we have only received a response from the Municipal Group of UI, we expect a response from the rest of CANDIDATE.
ask candidates for mayor to move the proposals on the Beti-Jai to peer in their parties, and candidates for the Assembly of Madrid. In this way we ensure that both candidates (City and Community) are in sync on this issue. Request
